愛心主人製狗輪椅　 每日推殘障老狗散步

【綜合報導】山東省煙台市一名現年７４歲的老翁丁天一，每天都會推着自製的狗輪椅，推着小狗散步，成為當地社區為人廣傳的佳話。

丁天一表示，小狗名叫小發，已經15歲了，自年初開始，小發就走不了路，只會拖着身子走，讓他和老伴心痛萬分，於是把家裏的購物車取出，在裡面放上被褥軟墊，為小發製造了專屬的狗輪椅，每天都推着他往外面溜。

丁天一與小發的故事被中國媒體報導後，引來不少愛心網友稱讚。有人感嘆小發比起那些遭到虐待的動物，實在幸福。
