【戴之聖／基隆報導】「黃色小鴨不見了！」前天早上正是潭美颱風橫掃北台灣，有基隆民眾發現原本放在海洋廣場上、因記者會特別仿造的黃色小鴨不見了，基隆市議會立即知會警方趕緊調查，今天一早才知道是市府工務處下水道科將小鴨收起來，下水道科表示，因為有颱風過境，怕黃色小鴨受損甚至吹走不見，因此才將小鴨收到地下室存放，造成大家的誤會實在很抱歉。
