張通榮案二度彈劾不過，傳出王建煊氣得心律不整，並說「監察院如果不能伸張公平正義，關門會比較好。」令人質疑的是，王建煊是真的關心監察院的「公平正義」，還是關心馬英九的官位？
既然監察院都是酬庸，那麼該被懲罰的應該是祭出酬庸的政客，為什麼要拿監察院來做文章？
王建煊說，他現在最擔心的是監委有酬庸化，多少屆來統統都有這個現象；明年七合一選舉前就是第五屆監委提名，馬英九總統焦頭爛額、民調非常低，馬不敢得罪大老與地方有權勢的人，「這些人跟你推薦人選，就會成為第五屆監委。」
也有監委反嗆，王建煊才是馬英九酬庸的人，嗆過來嗆過去，那個最敗壞社會風氣，把政治資源拿來酬庸的罪魁禍首在哪裡？是不是那麼最該下台的馬英九？
問題就在馬英九身上，為什麼要轉移焦點到監察院身上？
王建煊是監察院長，還是馬英九的打手？這個酬庸政客的打手，赤裸裸的把馬英九酬庸的事實公諸於世，
連王建煊都說了，監委有嚴重的酬庸化，你可知馬英九有多腐敗，大家也可以看看，馬英九與所謂的「公平正義」、所謂的「清廉」，到底距離有多遠？
監察院存廢應該不是重點，重點是，國民黨是不是又要向立法院丟炸彈，讓立法院為監察院的存廢弄得一團亂，而來轉移「反媒體壟斷法」的焦點，好讓台灣的媒體更亂，腐敗的馬英九更腐敗？
