颱風所夾帶的爆發性雨量嚴重影響台灣中南部地區，頂新國際集團、味全食品在接收受到雲林縣長蘇治芬的請求後，馬上啟動專案小組，進行協調分工作業，立即調度車輛、規劃物資、安排出貨，首先捐出二卡車的物資，1600箱康師傅泡麵及800箱味全礦泉水，讓頂新國際集團的愛心透過縣政府的安排，直接送交需要支援的民眾。 味全表示，本次颱風所造成的災損，感同身受，尤其斗六工廠所在的雲林地區，期望以最快的速度捐出基本民生物資，捐贈泡麵與礦泉水將交由縣政府統籌處理，暫時維持基本的生活需要，且希望能拋磚引玉，大家一起來讓災區居民快點恢復正常生活。
