【綜合報導】颶風英格麗(Ingrid)從墨西哥東海岸登陸，同一時間在太平洋岸方面又有另一個規模較小的熱帶風暴曼紐爾(Manuel)侵襲，初步統計已經知道有24人死亡，至少已經有7千民眾遭到撤離。

墨西哥全國各地都出現暴雨及土石流威脅，許多民眾被土石流或洪水沖走，詳細死傷情況仍難以估計。墨西哥國營石油公司在墨西哥灣的3個鑽油平台上的員工，正在等待救援疏散，已有24口油井暫停運轉。
