勞委會籲　用人單位齊處理性騷擾案

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】曾有派遣勞工在實際工作的要派企業遭到性騷擾、卻求助無門，引發外界爭論派遣工的性騷擾申訴應由派遣公司或要派企業負責。勞委會已研擬制定《派遣勞工保護法》，要求要派企業未來也要負起性騷擾防治的共同僱主責任。在立法完成前，勞委會近日修訂「事業單位工作場所性騷擾防治措施申訴及懲戒辦法範本」，呼籲要派企業應與派遣公司共同處理派遣工的性騷擾問題。

勞委會指出，這次範本修訂主要是增訂派遣勞工在要派單位執行職務時，要派單位應該要提供免於性騷擾的工作環境，以強化派遣勞工的權益，但範本對民間企業並無強制力。至於公部門派遣工的保障，也把相關條文納入行政院的「行政機關運用派遣應行注意事項」，要求公部門在派遣勞工遭受機關所屬人員性騷擾時，各機關應受理申訴並與派遣事業單位共同調查。
