微軟股份有限公司（Microsoft Corporation）是一家美國的跨國電腦公司，靠著知名、暢銷的產品Microsoft Windows作業系統和Microsoft Office軟體幾乎囊括了桌面電腦操作系統的絕大部分市場，不過近日的人事異動也影響著未來為選的全球布局，自從現任執行長Steve Ballmer宣布將在一年後退休，各方都在預測下一任執行長究竟會花落誰家，近日有消息指出，原本有望接掌的是NOKIA前執行長Stephen Elop聲勢不再，來自FORD集團的執行長Alan Mulally目前則是呼聲最高。
