全球最大影音揚聲器OEM製造商東科控股(F-東科)(5225-TW)昨(26)日出現盤後鉅額轉讓8800張，每股70元，交易金額達6.16億元，其中4586張來自外資買盤，據了解，公司希望引進策略性投資人，激勵今(27)日股價直飆漲停，來到75.8元。

F-東科指出，昨天出現盤後鉅額轉讓8800張，為大股東或個人交易行為，跟公司基本面無關，但據法人表示，東科希望可以引進未來業務合作上的策略性投資人，因此決定選擇盤後鉅額轉讓。

F-東科今年除了新增韓系三星客戶增加外，公司為擴大營運動能，積極佈局新產品，目前汽車及電視進度最快，明年第2季開始出貨，成為明年新成長動能。

F-東科第三季營運為公司最旺的一季，營收15.57億元創下歷史新高，預計第4季營收因12月份進入拉貨尾聲，但10月營收有4.33億元來看，第4季營運將維持旺季水準。
