【動新聞】清境僅4民宿合法　2周內公布名單

【方翊倩／綜合報導】內政部長李鴻源昨公布全國災害潛勢圖及清境風景特定區的套疊「示意圖」，一百三十四家民宿中，只有四家完全合法。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，南投縣建設處長曾仁隆透露，四家完全合法民宿，分別是長白山農場、豐田農場、珍谷渡假山莊和山海觀民宿，其他都涉違法擴建、侵占國有地、違反山坡地和山林保育法規等情形。李鴻源前天推說是否公布違法民宿名單，由行政院決定，外界批李擔心業者反彈不願公布。昨在記者會改口說，公布名單不是問題，而是要後續細膩規劃，提出配套做法，「無所謂怕業者反彈！」李表示，將在兩周內公布危險民宿名單，位在高風險地區且違法一定拆除！
