全美獨立工商業者聯合會(National Federation of Independent Business，NFIB) 周二 (10日) 發表報告，11月份美國小型企業信心指數 (Small Business Optimism Index) 上升 0.9，來到 92.5 的水準，顯示小企業主有計劃增加員工人數，擴充營業。

這項指數的 10 個指標中，有 8 個都呈現上升的態勢，其中增聘員工計劃及企業主持股雙雙出現相當程度的成長，反映的是企業正準備進行擴充。

NFIB 在聲明中指出，民間企業部門展現出活力，儘管遭遇政府部門關閉這樣的阻礙，仍持續復甦的腳步。

在其他指標方面，計劃增加資本財支出、計劃增加庫存量、及預測銷售量將成長的企業主比率都出現小幅的上升。

不過，企業主對接下來 6 個月內的經濟環境信心、及對接下來的獲利信心，仍維持在比較低的水準。
