【動新聞】文林苑案敗訴　王家：上訴到底

【胡治言／綜合報導】文林苑都更案引爆人民居住權爭議，《都市更新條例》部份條文遭認定違憲，王家指控台北市政府違法幫建商拆除王家，昨卻遭判敗訴。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，台北高等行政法院認為，釋憲結果不影響都更案已通過審核的事實，市府代拆合法，昨判王家不能原地重建。王家人昨得知敗訴後，回到老家原址開記者會，王廣樹語帶哽咽說：「至今想來仍很心痛、不爽，好好的家就這樣被毀了，一定會上訴到底。」王家大家長王楊玉美則批：「政府實在很恐怖，讓建商來搶我的房子，馬英九、郝龍斌應下台。」本案還可上訴。
