「壹周刊」踢爆中華紙漿花蓮廠埋暗管排污染廢水，中華紙漿下午控告媒體加重毀謗，中華紙漿表示，今天下午檢察官勘查後沒有發現不法處。

「壹周刊」踢爆永豐餘中華紙漿廠偷排鹼水且偷埋暗管，污染花蓮溪「比日月光還可惡」，永豐餘發言人林谷豐今到花蓮地檢署，控告告壹周刊妨害名譽。

林谷豐表示，今天花蓮地檢署檢察官到工廠抽樣檢查，完全符合規定，因此為了維護商譽，在檢察官確定清白後，下午對媒體提出告訴。

林谷豐表示，林務局的水質檢測調查是在廠區外，不是在流放口，這條排水溝匯入的水還包括光華村其他工業及家庭廢水，釋楊悟空的指控與「壹周刊」的報導，對長期在花蓮經營的老企業傷害很大，才決定提告。
