日月光案 經部小組指製程有瑕疵

日月光毒水案延燒，業者今將K7廠停工陳述意見書送達高雄市環保局，停工與否最快明天揭曉。經濟部加工出口區管理處長黃文谷今天表示，日月光今向加工處提出廢水處理改善計畫，內容包括短、長期改善措施、環保投資計畫和中水回收計畫。

日前經濟部已邀集六名環工科系教授成立「廢水排放處理專案查核小組」，查核小組今天指出，初步認為日月光作業程序和巡查機制「確有改善空間」；最快下周三（25日）查核小組將公布K5、K7、K11廠小組查核報告。

廢水案發生迄今，黃文谷表示，政府各單位各執一詞，「資訊不對稱」，變成「有限資訊、無限上綱」，讓外界一頭霧水，未來將把日月光改善結果實績同步對外揭露；加工處如日月光「房東」，房客沒輔導好，房東難此其咎。
