26日是安倍執政一周年紀念。日本首相官邸宣布，日本首相安倍晉三於日本時間26日上午11點半參拜靖國神社。大陸外交部亞洲司司長羅照輝與網友交流時對此表示，這是大陸人絕對不能接受的，這是對亞洲人民感情造成極大傷害，給雙邊關係造成新的重大政治障礙。日本必須要承擔由此引起的後果。

根據人民網報導，羅照輝表示，日本是本地區最大一個麻煩製造者。我們高度關注日本內政外交走向對地區局勢產生的負面影響。近年，日本政治右傾化持續發展，推出多項鬆綁舉措，擴充軍備，在領土主權和歷史問題上不斷示強。
