基隆小鴨破裂 陳菊同意出借「代班鴨」

基隆黃色小鴨今天下午1時發生爆裂洩氣，主辦單位馬上就向高雄市政府洽詢是否可出借「代班鴨」？高雄市政府回應表示，基於傳遞愛與和平，讓更多國人感受小鴨幸福的力量，高雄市長陳菊同意出借高雄小鴨，但期待基隆市議會善待高雄小鴨，並盡速完成製作新鴨後，讓高雄小鴨可以平安返回。
