《電業法》三讀　身障者維生用電最低價

【李英婷／台北報導】立法院今三讀通過《電業法》部分條文修正案。修正通過第65條之1條文，將身心障礙者的維生與生活輔具用電優惠入法，身障者使用維生及必要生活輔具用電收費，應採供電成本最低單價計算。

另外，院會今也修正通過《電業法》第98條，把自用發電設備容量上限從5百瓩上修至2千瓩。在2千瓩以上者，購置或擴充時，應申請中央主管機關核發工作許可證，不及2千瓩者，應報請地方主管機關核准，轉報中央主管機關備案。
