埋線拉皮有4D拉提 、羽毛拉皮 、Misju拉皮 之分。所用的拉提線都屬於可吸收的PDO材質，只是有長短粗細 及有無倒鉤之分。4D線較細且無倒鉤；後兩者的線則較粗並有倒鉤。

4D拉提有循序漸進的緊緻效果，術後較不著痕跡，也同時可以具有修復表皮的功效， 特別是加上PRP生長因子。 通常需要100條的PDO 4D縫線來建構網絡支架。

羽毛拉皮則是微創拉皮中立即性效果最好的，較適合中等程度的鬆弛下垂。

而Misju拉皮的PDO拉提線也屬於羽毛線的一種，效果介於以上兩者之間 。

做羽毛拉皮和Misju拉皮者，因為是重點式拉皮 ，中下臉使用的線數在8-16條之間，如果有需要 ，會再加上4D線來做修飾調和。

以上三者的各有適合族群 ，費用也不相同。

此外，需要做拉提者，常常也可能會需要其他微整材料的幫忙。
例如 肉毒、玻尿酸 來幫助臉部輪廓的修飾。
