黃金鼠屁股有血 (急)

我家有1隻剛買來不到1個月的黃金鼠 店員說是母的 但不太確定

今天晚上無意間發現木削裡面有血 他的屁股也有
但他活動力還不錯 也會吃飼料
中午有餵牠吃蘋果 但份量比拇指還小

這樣的情形是?? 落賽等等?
需要馬上帶去給獸醫看嗎?

還是她懷孕了?
