牙醫診所最常遇到的糾紛就是溝通不良！
診所最常遇到的糾紛就是溝通不良！包括費用的錯誤（答應的與實際收的不同）、診療內容的錯誤（答應的沒有做到）
例如診所答應的診療項目與病患認知上有所不同！
當然，診所沒有說明清楚就是不對，但是到最後法院判決仍舊是合理的，我們病患仍舊需要負擔費用！所以我希望診所可以事先在產品中提供動畫、文字說明文件給醫病雙方做確認，但是也會註記我們患者的診療臨床狀況，再有需求會有費用產生時，但都會經過我們患者同意後再予以額外治療跟收費，這樣會比較合理與減少醫病衝突。
