蜂蜜迷你番茄

材料: 迷你番茄18顆、薄荷葉適量、(A)蜂蜜2大匙+檸檬汁50cc

作法:

1.迷你番茄去蒂頭，用菜刀尖端畫開外皮。把放入煮沸的熱水中，皮綻開就馬上放入冷水，去皮裝瓶。

2.加入(A)，再撒上切碎的薄荷葉，輕輕混合。

3.放冰箱三小時後入味。
