請問：光陽 GOING 50 機車，電發會有 ( ㄍ 一  )  的聲音，無法電發，但用腳踩的可以發動。是啟動器的問題嗎 ? 光陽啟動器在哪裡 ? 若自行換修會很困難嗎? 材料約多少錢 ? 謝謝。
