雙北公車路線查詢　有免付費專線

台北市公車有408條、新北公車542條路線，過去民眾打電話查詢公車資訊需付費，為了整合兩市公車資訊及方便民眾使用，台北市與新北市共同推出語音系統免付費專線0800005284，讓民眾無論透過手機或市話，都可免費查詢公車資訊。

北市公共運輸處表示，雙北公車到站時間語音查詢系統分為3大類，分別是「數字開頭路線」、「捷運接駁路線」及「其他路線」，並採按鍵輸入路線編號與語音輸入站牌名稱等方式提高辨識率。

另針對經常於同一地點搭乘同一路線的通勤乘客，系統也提供「簡碼快速查詢」功能，在完成查詢到站時間後，依據語音指示按下「*」字鍵，可聽取簡碼，未來只要撥通語音專線直接輸入「#簡碼」，即可更快速查詢到站時間。（林媛玲／台北報導）
