請問內湖地段房子的風水還有裝潢問題

內湖有很多新建案跟預售屋
每間樣品屋的裝潢都像皇宮一樣美
因為我對裝潢這種事情一竅不通
要跟設計師溝通又覺得很麻煩
我有看了幾間樣品屋裝潢的還不錯
真的非常的喜歡和心動
但上網查過人家評論樣品屋的總結幾乎是＂金玉其外，敗絮其中＂
（通常用一年就會出問題　這太讓人害怕了）
我能請風水老師去看我喜歡的樣品屋嗎？
如果風水很優，我再請裝潢公司來將房子弄的一模一樣
（這樣只要親自監督材質跟過程　用想的輕鬆多了）
如果裝潢上只有一些部分不好，那些不好的部份就不要做
請老師再另外指教建議
我這種想法可以嗎？？
