氟不是必須微量元素?

102年第二次醫事醫檢師考試中，臨床生化的題目提到：

下列何者不是人體必需之微量元素？
(A)錳 (B)硒 (C)鉬 (D)氟

答案是氟，為什麼呢?我查到的各種資料都顯示氟為必須微量元素?
請問有人可以解答嗎?
