台灣銀行無收到對方款項

上禮拜五 友人的銀行是兆豐銀行 我的是台灣銀行

確認對方用ATM匯款 下午3.50分左右匯出成功 可是我就是沒收到

禮拜一去看我存摺 去補刷 也沒有收到款項

友人有打過到兆豐銀行確認是否匯出 對方有確認已匯出

請問是我的台灣銀行問題? 那我該怎解決? 直接去台灣銀行辦理?

該帶什麼什麼嗎?
