聯邦集團創辦人林榮三么兒、瓏山林建設董事長林鴻堯，被控為開發士林官邸旁近千坪精華土地，涉及偽造文書，台北地院日前依偽造文書罪輕判林鴻堯及人頭14人徒刑4月、2月，均可易科罰金。台北地檢署認為量刑過輕，已對林鴻堯等14人提起上訴。
