請問有關報稅-房租申請

大家好,以前報稅不知道可以扣除房租支出來減少要付的稅金

直到現在收入多到要付稅金了,剛好有租一間公寓一個月1萬2,只租102/11~103/8

但是出現很多問題

102年度所得稅,房租申報只能申到102/11-102/12
想減少要付的稅金,想先用列舉方式去申報
房子本身是房東公司名下
但是合約上面的甲方是房東的朋友
乙方當然是我們
還有匯款都是匯給甲方.....
這樣還能申報嘛!???
而且水電費還是有掛上公司名稱,還多加上了營業稅
說真的,後來發現了這個,真的很生氣,當初仲介沒說清楚!!

有問過國稅局的朋友,他說最好先跟房東說,但是房東是某國際資產公司的老闆
看過老闆本人,像是黑道....
