俄輸烏克蘭天然氣 6月1日起須預付款

俄國能源部8日表示，7日是烏克蘭支付35億美元天然氣欠款的最後期限，現在期限已過，自6月1日起，俄國輸往烏克蘭的天然氣必須預先付款。

今年2月親俄的烏克蘭總統亞努科維奇被推翻後，俄國將輸往烏克蘭的天然氣價格提高近一倍，基輔當局因而拒絕付款。

俄國要求烏克蘭預付天然氣費用，烏克蘭很可能拒絕，果真如此，俄國可能停止對烏克蘭供氣，也會影響到歐盟的天然氣供應，因為俄國輸往歐盟的天然氣，有將近15%經過烏克蘭的管線。
