鑑於越南局勢惡化，香港當局今晚提升越南的外遊警示級別至紅色，建議市民如非必要，避免前往越南。

香港政府發言人說：「計畫前赴越南的市民應調整行程，如非必要，避免前赴當地，例如前往當地旅遊；而身在當地的港人應留意局勢，提高警惕，注意安全，並避開示威或人群聚集的地方。」

發言人說，香港保安局會密切留意當地的局勢。

香港的外遊警示分黃、紅、黑3等，黑色為最嚴重。(中央社)
