1.先確定自己能勝任什麼工作 找和之前工作經驗相關的， 有把握能勝任、有把握被錄取。 不確定那個工作是做什麼， 一定要有人手把手帶的， 就別浪費時間了。 因為現在沒多少公司肯栽培新人， 而且萬一公司覺得你不適任， 或是你覺得這工作不適合， 房子都租了，你要怎麼辦? 2.幾個面試排在同一天 早上一個、下午一個至兩個, 排在一起,一天解決。 這個要搭配建議1, 當對方覺得你適合， 且又不太需要教, 面試時間配合你、 到職日配合你, 這也就不算什麼了。 (曾經有公司等我半年) 3.先收集資料 上網、上ptt了解一下類似的工作都是怎樣的型態， 你要先知道大致的工作內容， 這樣也比較不會被凹。 以上是姐姐出社會多年的經驗之談, 我是台北人，最近找到南部的工作。 ----- Sent from JPTT on my LGE LG-D802. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.75.166.65 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1404380449.A.EFF.html
