AI：歐盟封鎖邊界置難民於險境

國際特赦組織(Amnesty International，AI)今天(9日)表示，歐洲聯盟努力以封鎖歐洲邊界來對抗非法移民的作法，同時也切斷了難民逃出衝突地區的管道，使他們的生命置於險境。

國際特赦組織在一份標題為「歐洲要塞所折損的生命」(The human cost of Fortress Europe.)報告中指出，因為陸路交通遭封鎖，被迫冒險搭乘脆弱易壞損的船隻橫渡惡海，許多人因此死在海上。

AI專家達胡辛(John Dalhuisen)表示，歐盟為了制止非法移民和難民湧入所採取的這些措施，效益令人質疑。在此同時，為此造成的人命損失和不幸卻是無法估計的，而付出代價的正是部份全球最脆弱易受傷害的人民。

報告指出，歐盟在2007到2013年耗費了近20億歐元(27億美元)來保護其外部邊界，但同一時期內，卻只投入7億歐元來改善尋求庇護者和難民在歐盟國家的處境。
