標題[討論] 科技廠的潛規則

照勞基法的話 一週是要上星期一到五 六日算加班要給加班費 假如某間公司(進無塵室那種)一週上五天沒錯 但可能分兩組 一組休星期五跟六、上日到四 一組休星期日跟一、上二到六 都是上五天但沒給加班費 因為上面認知上一樣有週休二日這樣合理嗎??? 又若是今年五月才上班因為今年未滿一年 所以明年一月五號不會領到年終領金、也沒有按比例 要待到後年的一月五號才會發這樣也合理嗎??? 有些是明年的一月五號就可以領 但按比例給這樣?? 請理性討論勿戰 謝謝大家^^" -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.226.193.164 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1404895714.A.53D.html
