颱風夜受困電梯　警、消摸黑脫困

昨天深夜，七堵區自強路1棟大樓突然跳電，返家的20歲陳姓男子剛好在電梯內，電梯卡住不上不下，陳男趕緊撥打110求救，三分局七堵派出所長涂君儒，立即帶著同仁趕往現場，消防局也迅速抵達，警、消等5名人員摸黑逐樓搜尋，在5樓發現受困陳男，除予以安撫外，消防人員立即以電梯鎖開啟電梯門，很快的在15分鐘內就將陳男脫困，風雨夜心驚驚，幸好警消及時解危，陳男感激非常。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
