我與盧森堡租稅協定 明年起生效

我國與盧森堡大公國在2011年12月19日簽署租稅協定，盧森堡在本月25日通知我國已完成國內法定程序並生效，根據相關規定，本協定預計明年1月1日起適用，為我國對外簽署的第27個租稅協定、與歐洲國家簽署生效的第12個租稅協定。

外交部今晚發布新聞稿表示，租稅協定全稱為「台灣台北財政部賦稅署與盧森堡直接稅稅務局避免所得稅及資本稅雙重課稅及防杜逃稅協定」，該協定在今年7月9日經盧森堡國會通過。

外交部指出，創造平等互惠的國際投資環境是我政府推動經貿發展的重要施政項目，本協定可替雙方企業消除租稅障礙，有助提升台商國際競爭力。
