違建屋頂蓋太陽能板就合法？北市：可思考

台北市議會法規委員會今天審查《台北市綠建築自治條例》草案，條文明定新建築達特定面積，屋頂應設太陽能板。召委、市議員林晉章表示，他曾在101大樓俯瞰市區，發現許多建物屋頂或篷架各色各樣，很難看，他建議是否考慮違建屋頂換太能板就給予合法化。北市都發局長邊泰明表示，這個idea（想法）可以去思考，該局將朝此方向思考、研究。
 
但此舉是否讓違建就地合法，或變相鼓勵民眾搶蓋違建？邊泰明會後受訪表示，北市有5萬棟違建，就地合法不可行，要思考如何解決。（郭美瑜／台北報導）
