他人密報妻偷情 內容不具體不起訴

台北市黃姓男子指控妻子和徐姓男子從去年4月到44月在台北市和新北市多處汽車旅館內發生性行為，涉嫌妨害家庭罪，並提出他人「密報」妻子偷情的簡訊、妻子寫的悔過書以及相關照片給檢方查明。

台北地檢署調查，照片只有黃妻和徐出遊的照片，看出在何時何地發生性行為，而「密報」上的簡訊內容和照片，只有提到黃妻在外不當交往，卻沒寫出具體的性行為時間、地點和情節，加上黃當庭撤告，檢方處分黃妻和徐不起訴。
