租屋想要解約（20點）

事情是這樣的
我現在租的房子是4200/月
可是現在不想住在那了 （由於當初看的展示屋和後來住的實在有落差）
當初房東堅持要我付8000的押金 我也付了
簽約時跟房東說可不可以先簽半年 之後要住繼續住
結果他講一堆屁話什麼這房子很搶手簽約一定要簽一年
房租的話就是先付半年 後半年再繼續付
我想請問一下 如果我現在反悔不想住這
是8000的押金全部都被沒收嗎？？
沒有其他方法能夠解約然後拿回錢嗎？
在合約書上並沒有看到有關違約的處理辦法
我這樣違約在法律上站得住腳嗎？
