整形名醫用禁藥　繳50萬換緩起訴

曾幫「Ｅ奶書法家」趙芸等辣模整形成名的削骨達人郭菁松醫師，涉嫌在他經營的教主整形外科診所內，使用未經核准的韓國肉毒桿菌，由於郭菁松坦承，肉毒桿菌來源是1名蘇姓藥商提供，蘇姓藥商也坦承提供肉毒桿菌，台北地檢署今依違反《藥事法》，將郭、蘇2人緩起訴，2人須各付公庫50萬元、20萬元。

據了解，北檢今年初指揮台北市調處執行搜索時，在診所查獲未經我國許可的肉毒桿菌藥品，郭菁松起初供稱，這些藥品只有自己、妻子在使用，沒用於顧客身上，但辦案人員提供查證資料，證實確實用於顧客身上，郭菁松才改口，這些肉毒桿菌是蘇姓藥商提供，且蘇男告訴他，這些都來自韓國，沒安全上的顧慮。

由於2人均坦承犯行，且事後教主整形外科也發表聲明，指約有2、30名顧客曾打過這批肉毒桿菌，將全額退費，改用合法肉毒桿菌免費補打，檢方才同意讓2人緩起訴。(賴又嘉／台北報導)
