1985聯盟籲馬落實洪案懲兇

發起「萬人白T凱道送仲丘」活動的公民1985聯盟上午表示，8月1日深夜軍方羈押庭裁判洪案4名被告全數交保，被起訴罪刑最重的戒護士陳毅勳僅新台幣15萬元交保，而4人還有串證的可能性，政府處理洪案是真相、懲兇、修法一事無成，聯盟要求三軍統帥要負起責任，落實真相、懲兇、修法的洪案處理原則。

公民1985聯盟上午發出聲明稿指出，「承平時期軍人犯罪以司法審判」的軍法改革訴求，在立法院遭執政黨團封殺，宣稱「管定了」的三軍統帥馬總統，讓真相、懲兇、修法3項承諾全部跳票。公民站上凱道，要求身兼執政黨黨主席的馬總統，落實真相、懲兇、修法的洪案處理原則。
