excel移除重複資料

我有兩欄大筆資料，我想要移除兩欄都一樣的重複資料
我點選『 資料功能區 』頁籤，找到『 資料 』工具區塊之後，點選『 移除重複 』

我的資料有英文大小寫之分，我想將英文大小寫視為相異
但移除過程中，會視為相同，而移除掉，請問有何方式解決？
