結夥搶近萬只分到7百元　把風男吃官司

【高堂堯／南投報導】彰化縣16歲李姓少年和19歲男子林姓男子，今年6月14日凌晨2點多趁夜偷機車，結夥至草屯鎮搶劫便利超商，由林男在店外把風、李姓少年持玩具槍威嚇宋姓店員、搶得9500元，但被宋姓店員識破追出，2人連手將宋打傷後逃逸。

警方循線逮捕2人，林煒翔還抱怨李姓少年只分給他700元「不夠義氣！」南投地檢署今天依竊盜、加重強盜、傷害罪嫌將2人起訴，李姓少年由南投地院少年法庭審理中。
