高雄氣爆災區淹水 暫無法開挖

環保局與李長榮公司為儘速抽清管線丙烯，原訂今天上午8點開挖箱涵兩側部分，以截斷管線，讓榮化管線繞道，檢察官謝肇晶到場後，發現水流仍大，正與環保局長陳金德討論何時開挖。環保局長指出，現長水位至少要再抽出，讓水位下降一米以上才能作業，如今能開挖，最快3天可將榮化管線丙烯排空，高雄市長陳菊也到現場了解狀況。(劉志原/高雄報導)
