尹衍樑政大演講　勉勵學子別怕起薪低

【許敏溶╱台北報導】不少年輕人剛出社會都面臨22K的低薪，潤泰集團總裁尹衍樑今晚在政治大學演講時勉勵在場學生，千萬不要因為薪水低就覺得不值得，工作不要怕苦，要創造被利用的價值，職場勝出第一條件就是差異性，只要比別人好、更有耐力，一定可以勝出。

由政大校友發起的「政大三十大講堂」，今晚邀請政大傑出校友尹衍樑返校和學弟妹對談，對於人才問題，他說，大學培育的人才都是半成品，不管學士或博士都一樣，畢業後才是真正學習的開始，不要電機畢業只學電機相關知識，而是不要自我設限，涉獵各種知識，就像他一樣，史學系畢業卻在土木系兼任教授，他也謙稱自己唸書成績不好，只好靠不斷的想像來彌補，才有今日的成就。
