日月光3員工交保170萬　全案改為偵字案

【郭芷余、侯昌騰／高雄報導】高雄地檢署偵辦日月光案，昨晚間傳喚8名K7廠員工到案，漏夜偵訊8小時後，今凌晨3點檢方認為3名廢水排放的操作人員劉威呈、游志賢及何發揚，涉嫌觸犯《刑法》190-1條「流放毒物罪」，諭令各以50萬、50萬及70萬元交保，全案正式改成「偵」字案。

檢方昨天下午緊急要求環保警察將8名員工於晚間7時帶到案，日月光亦派出龐大律師陣容，隨即展開長達8小時的偵訊。約於午夜12時，突然有環保署人員緊急到地檢署報到，協助檢方對廢水處理數據的判讀做出專業認定。

凌晨3時，檢方諭令3名被告交保170萬元，其餘飭回，日月光公司立即派人送錢到地檢署，3點40分即辦完交保手續，全員飛奔上車。
