受辱印度美女外交官　轉任聯合國

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】引發印度與美國間外交緊張的39歲美女外交官、前印度駐紐約副總領事柯布拉加(Devyani Khobragade)，昨天(18日)已被印度整府調職到印度常駐聯合國外交團工作。柯布拉加上周四(12日)在紐約送女兒上學時，在學校外遭美國國務院外交安全局人員上銬逮捕，理由是「涉嫌剝削女傭」。

印度外長胡爾希德表示，柯布拉加「陷入了一場陰謀」，該女傭今年年中就已失蹤，而代表女傭出面的律師又拒絕柯布拉加與她聯碩，導致無法替她辦理簽證與結清工資。
