社福績效評比　9縣市並列特優

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】衛生福利部今公布今年度中央對各縣市社福績效考核結果，最後由北市、高雄市、新北市、台中市、台南市、桃園縣、宜蘭縣、彰化縣和屏東縣等9縣市並列特優，考核結果將提供行政院主計總處，用以核算明年度一般性基本設施補助款的增減依據。

該考核每2年進行1次，共分為「公益彩券管理運用」、「社會救助」、「兒童及少年福利」、「婦女福利」、「老人福利」、「身心障礙福利」、「社區發展」、「社會工作」、「志願服務」、「家庭暴力及性侵害防治」10項目。

衛福部社會及家庭署說，各縣市成績進步最多的領域是「社會救助」，可見縣市政府為因應《社會救助法》修法，更積極配合中央相關救助政策的規劃，並落實各項對弱勢國民的照顧措施。
