未經許可買賣股票 業務員緩訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北19日電）一家美商證券公司男業務涉未取得金管會許可，受理人壽公司委託買賣外國債券及美國股票。北檢予緩起訴，但須繳罰金5萬元。

台北地檢署公布的緩起訴書指出，43歲的彭男是一家美商證券公司亞洲地區聯繫人並代表公司在台執行業務。

檢方指出，彭男明知外國證券商在國內設立分支機構，應經金管會證期局許可及發給許可證照才可以營業，他卻在民國99年11月至101年4月間受理一家人壽公司委託買賣外國債券及美國股票。全案經金管會證期局發現後，移送檢調偵辦。

檢方偵辦期間，彭男坦承不諱，檢方審酌他沒有前科，坦承犯行，深表悔悟，犯罪情節尚屬輕微，日前將他緩起訴，須支付新台幣5萬元罰金。1030119
