請教大家,

1. 網頁上訂單無法退貨, 會秀出"已經有優惠所以無法線上退換貨(但是當初我也沒有自己加優惠, 也沒辦法選退掉優惠), 請撥客服電話 0800-020-021確認.

2. 已經連續打了兩天的電話, 最長一次等了1個小時整, 都是 "感謝您的耐心等候, 我們的客服人員將盡快為您服務..."

本身已經有一台TF700T, Ipad Air畫面確實比較細緻, 但是就好像燈光從右側照過來, 左邊有陰影, 右邊很亮...這對要拿來看書跟圖片的我實在很難接受.

剛剛又打了, 放著到最後自己斷線, 還是沒人接.

要怎樣聯絡到Apple台灣? 收到3天了. 再這樣電話打不進去, 要怎樣換貨? 還是換了也一樣, 每台都有這個問題??
