電腦速度變很慢

是桌上型電腦
C朝D朝也都還有空間
掃毒也掃過了
我是用360安全衛士
感覺不錯用 但最近掃一掃反而出問提..
我桌面上的文字文件檔
檔名後面都出現.txt
例如我原檔名要做google我掃毒完後檔名變google.txt
每個都這樣 掃的時候他有問我東西 我忘記看完就按"是"
然後就變這樣了..(好像有點搞錯重點?)
反正重點是最近電腦便跑超慢
玩遊戲盪到登入都登不暸
不然就燈近去幾秒就斷線
FB也要跑超久 網站都要跑很久
不知道是電腦問題還是網路..
請幫我解決一下
