立委林鴻池為了迎接金馬年到來，18、19日分別於八德公園、四維公園及北極壇等，辦理「新春發票換春聯  支持領養不棄養」活動，現場提供發票換春聯、血壓及血糖檢測，還有新北市「寵物福利專車」提供的流浪動物認領養、植入晶片辦理登記、寵物領養防疫宣導等服務。

林鴻池表示，台灣人的民間習俗就是在春節前除舊佈新，家家戶戶都會貼上新的春聯，因此，每年都邀請書法名家現場揮毫，致贈春聯給鄉親，此次活動並邀請新移民朋友出席，一起跟大家寫春聯。林鴻池並與書法大師唐菁、新移民代表賀諺真依序寫下「時」、「運」、「宏」、「開」四個大字，期許新的一年大家都能「宏圖大展」、「宏發駿業」、「好運旺旺來」。
